The scope of the works consisted of installing just under 4000 fittings over 8 floors of this large hotel in Belfast City center.
This included:

- Restaurant and Dining areas
- Main bar
- Lobby
- Function Bar
- Multiple Rest rooms throughout the building
- 3 large function rooms
- 10 large meeting rooms
- 7 floors of room corridor lighting
- Full back of house
- Multiple offices
- Gym and spa treatment suite
- Pool
- Changing rooms
- Stairwells
- Exterior lighting
And everywhere in between!
Organization was key on this project to allow the works to be completed quickly and efficiently without affecting the everyday running of this very busy City centre Hotel.
The exterior lighting of this large building had not worked correctly for many years and now the building stands out to be noticed with flood lights uplighting the façade to the 8th floor
Of course let’s not forget the massive savings that have been made on their energy consumption and carbon footprint.
